EN 71-3 certificates

Keep a register of the migration-of-elements test reports that cover your materials. Link a certificate to a spool in your stock tracker and it flows automatically into the evidence column of your compliance forms.

The certificate file is never uploaded or stored. Picking the file below only records its name, so your register points at the right document in your own records. Keep the original PDF (or paper copy) with your printed Technical File — that's what counts in an audit.
A test report only covers the exact material it names — brand, product line and usually the specific colours tested. Check the report's scope, then tick only the stock spools that scope actually includes. If a material you use isn't in your stock tracker yet, add it there first.
